If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase or you received a defective product and need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

 

How to Return or Exchange an Item


1. In order to return an item, you will need to first obtain an CSR (Customer Service Request) pick-up form.

2. You can request an CSR pick-up form by any of the following methods:

• Emailing CSR Department at csr@farratech.com.

• Calling FarraTech at 770-582-1188 during business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to request a CSR pick-up form.

3. Place all original packaging, including invoices, warranty cards, manuals and any related promotional items, into the toner cartridge box.
Note: FarraTech may refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete materials and packaging.
Please be advised all returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product.

4. CSR Return must be clearly written on the return package as well as any invoices or packaging slips included in the package.
***Please DO NOT write on the actual item!***

5. We require all items not available for local pick-up be shipped back via UPS with a call tag and label that we will provide. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products. We are not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged during shipment. Physical damage to any product will void the product’s warranty and breach the return policy.
