Meet our Team Members
President & CEO
Our President and CEO, Maria Mendillo, has over 25 years of experience in the toner and printer industry. Starting up front as the receptionist, she has shown how hard work and determination can pay off as she worked her way up to taking over as the President and CEO in 2007.
Director of Operations
Geri Williams is our Director of Operations at FarraTech. She has been with the company for 10+ years and has had a role in pretty much every category of our company. All of her experience helps look over all of our departments to make sure our company runs as smoothly as possible.
Our Accounting Manager, Shelley Shiflett, oversees the day-to-day activities of the whole accounting team. This includes our national account side as well as all of our in-house accounts. Before becoming our Accounting Manager Shelley was the head of all of our National Accounts.
Susan is our Accounting Specialist that handles all of our in-house accounts along with normal day-to-day accounting operations. If something doesn’t add up Susan will be the first to find it.
Terry Phillips is our National Accounting Specialist that takes care of all our national accounts. She also heads our help desk that handles any issues with our national customers.
Ariel is the newest member of our Accounting Department here at FarraTech. She is working alongside Terry, assisting on our national accounts and our helpdesk for customers.
Jay Pearce has been in the toner industry for over 20 years. So any printer needs your company has you can be assured Jay Pearce can get it taken care of for you.
Emy is a key member of our sales team as she always goes above and beyond to help our sales team get everything done and to make sure our customers are well taken care of.
Cindy Mendillo is in charge of all of our National Accounts located around the U.S. Even if your company isn’t located in the Atlanta metro area Cindy can help with all of your printing needs.
Jordan is the marketing coordinator. He handles all of the techy stuff including the website, all social media and plans events for FarraTech.
National Account Executive
Mark is a senior sales professional with over 8 years of sales experience and has come over to FarraTech via our EPS merger.
Andrea has also joined the FarraTech team from the EPS merger. She handles the orders and accouting side of our existing EPS accounts.
Nina is our newest member here at FarraTech. She performs administrative and assistant support for our CEO and for multiple supervisors here in the office.
JB is a part of our business development program for our sales team. JB assists our sales reps by implementing new sales strategies and retention in the Atlanta metro area .
We are currently in the process of hiring a new customer service representative that will assist our sales team and help our current customers with their needs.
Our service team is lead by Tim Moore, who has more than 25 years in the service industry. Tim holds many certifications on HP and Xerox copiers and printers.
Our service technician, Scott Traslavina, has been in the industry for 10+ years. He transitioned from an in-house technician to one of our on-site techs the beginning of this year.
Kerry Noth has joined our Service Team through our EPS merger. He has been in the service industry for 20+ years. We’re thrilled to add another highly qualified technician to our team.
Production & Logistics Manager
Our production team is led by our Production Manager, Phillip Harvin. Along with leading production Phill handles all of the shipping and logistics needs for our company.
Vertis is FarraTech’s number one delivery driver. We would not be able to offer free delivery and pick-up 5 days a week to our customers without him.
Anthony is our Production Lead which gives him several roles here at FarraTech. He handles everything from shipping, to receiving, to production and quality control.
