Summary: FarraTech Inc., formerly known as Laser Supply & Service, was founded in 1990 and is based in Norcross, Georgia. FarraTech has one simple philosophy: to be the best customer service company in Atlanta. In 2007, FarraTech became an employee owned company when our founder, John Farra, decided to retire. Rather than sell the company to a third party, he gave it to his employees.
In 2011, FarraTech purchased Recharge & Recycle along with Advanced Electronics Office Systems and all three companies merged as one small women owned business, FarraTech, Inc.
Business Summary: FarraTech specializes in manufactured toner cartridges, new compatibles and branded toner (OEM). We manufacture cartridges in-house at our own facility, and guarantee every cartridge we manufacture unconditionally, in writing. If one of our manufactured cartridges fails, we will replace it – no questions asked. Online ordering is an easy setup for our customers utilizing Red Cheetah.
In addition to toner supplies, FarraTech also has an extensive inventory of printers and copiers for sale. FarraTech is an authorized reseller and service center for HP and many other major brands. We are also an SMB Elite partner with Hewlett-Packard. FarraTech is a “Green-Eco-Friendly” company and we will recycle your used toner cartridges free of charge.
Capabilities: Our service team is lead by Tim Moore, who has more than 25 years in the service industry. Our team of service technicians has been in the industry over 30 years.
Our production team is led by Phil Harvin, Production Manager. FarraTech was established initially as a manufacturer of LaserJet toner cartridges and we use extensive training to produce our brand of toner cartridges in-house. Not only does the team manufacture these products, but packages are shipped daily across the U.S. from our warehouse to include: toner, parts, and printers.
Our accounting team is led by our Director of Operations, Geri Williams, along with our Controller and Accounting Specialists who are familiar with the government reporting sales feature.
Expertise: Maria Mendillo, President/CEO of FarraTech, has over 25 years of toner and printer service experience. With a diverse background in sales and management, Maria, along with her dedicated team, has catapulted the FarraTech brand beyond the metro Atlanta horizons by taking the company’s quality products and reliable services nationwide.
Our sales team is lead by our Sales Manager, Janice Dean, and Account Manager, Jay Pearce, who has been in the toner industry for over 20 years. All of our National Accounts in the U.S. are handled by experienced and extremely competent personnel. The FarraTech’s Sales Team is very familiar with government contracts, schedules and the importance of on-time delivery.
