FarraTech Inc., formerly known as Laser Supply & Service, was founded in 1990 and is based in Norcross, Georgia. FarraTech has one simple philosophy: to be the best customer service company in Atlanta. Whatever your laser printer, copier, service or repair needs may be, we invite you to experience for yourself what makes FarraTech an extraordinary company. Our people, our focus on quality, and our dedication to doing business with integrity is what we care about and strive for daily.

In 2007 our founder, John Farra, decided to turn over the company to his employees and FarraTech became an employee-owned company. John had trust in the FarraTech team by giving them more power and responsibility in ownership, which lead the team to catapult the FarraTech brand beyond the metro Atlanta horizons into locations located in Texas and North Carolina, taking the company’s quality products and reliable services nationwide and internationally.

FarraTech has been a proud member of the Gwinnett Chamber since 2007.

Providing Effective IT Hardware & Solutions

FarraTech is a strategic partner with many clients and focuses on providing them the most effective IT hardware and solutions for their business, while also providing best-in-class service in support. Our products and service include, but are not limited to IT solutions including; servers, laptops, monitors, laser printers, copiers, toner, software, service and repair. We have several national and local accounts serviced here in the metro Atlanta area along with locations in Texas and North Carolina. We work with them to solve logistics, standardization and consolidation of IT solutions, resulting in noticeable cost reduction and improved services and productivity for their business.

An Employee-Owned Company

We are an ESOP (An Employee-Owned Company), women-owned and 100 percent dedicated to our customers. We have a remarkable team with several years of experience and technical knowledge to assist our customers. Since we are an ESOP company all of our employees take extra care and pride in taking care of our customers since it directly affects our company’s outcome in which we are all vested in. We have also created our own proprietary software that was made specifically to work with our customers for the best service possible. Our mantra is anything the customer wants we do…it is after all because of them we are here and thriving!

John Farra

Founder & President

Our Founder and President, John Farra, started the company from the ground up back in 1990. Since then, John has gone on to turn to the company into an ESOP (An Employee-Owned Company) and expanded the company by acquiring 5 companies over the past 10 years.

Geri Williams

Vice President / COO

Geri Williams is our Vice President / Chief Operating Officer at FarraTech. She has been with the company for 15+ years and has had a role in pretty much every category of our company. All of her experience helps look over all of our departments to make sure our company runs as smoothly as possible.

Cindy Mendillo

Vice President

Cindy Mendillo is our Vice President for FarraTech. She is in charge of all of our National Accounts located outside the Atlanta metro area and handles all other day to day task covering the sales team.

Phillip Harvin

Logistics Manager

Our warehouse is led by our Logistics Manager, Phillip Harvin. Phill handles all of the shipping and logistics needs for our company along with keeping our busy warehouse in order.
