In 2007, FarraTech became an employee-owned company when our founder, John Farra, decided to retire. Rather than sell the company to a third party, he decided to give it to his employees! Maria Mendillo took the wheel and became the new President & CEO of FarraTech that same year. With a diverse background in sales and management as well as being a networking marvel, long time employee Maria, along with her dedicated team has catapulted the FarraTech brand beyond the metro Atlanta horizons. Taking the company’s quality products and reliable services nationwide and internationally.
FarraTech is a strategic partner with their many clients and focuses on providing them the most effective printing and copying solutions for their business, while also providing best-in-class service on printers and copiers. Our products and service include, but are not limited to, manufacturing of toners for laser printers, printer and copier equipment sales, leasing and repair services. We have several national and local accounts here in the Gwinnett and metro Atlanta area. We work with them to solve logistics, standardization and consolidation of toner for their printer and copier fleet, resulting in noticeable cost reduction and improved services.
We are an ESOP (An Employee-Owned Company), women-owned and 100 percent dedicated to our customers. We have a remarkable team with several years of experience and technical knowledge to assist our customers. Since we are an ESOP company all of our employees take extra care and pride in taking care of our customers since it directly affects our company’s outcome in which we are all vested in. We have also created our own proprietary software that was made specifically to work with our customers for the best service possible.
